Leipzig Country House located in the beautiful Nuy Valley is looking for a vibrant and energetic front of house receptionist/ assistant function coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Reservations
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Guest liaison
• General Admin
• Stock control of bar and deli refrigerators
• Aid in marketing duties
• Aid in function coordinating (conferences, events, weddings)
• Aid with the deli over weekends

 Requirements:

• Computer Literate – MS Excel, MS Word, Photoshop (not essential)
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans –written and verbal
• Well-presented and excellent communication skills
• Accurate and customer orientated
• Hospitality qualification
• Must have 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
• Previous food preparation experience will be beneficial
• Strong administrative skills
• Good organizational skills
• Team Player
• Must be able to work under pressure
 • Own transport, valid driver license
• Live on premises in a beautiful cottage among vineyards
• Must be willing to work long hours, public holidays and weekends as required by the industry
